Description

This is a good build for paladins who need solo-toughness over everything else.  It is not designed for tanking in 5-mans or raids and is probably absolutely useless in PVP.  Its sole purpose it to keep the Paladin alive whilst enemies dash themselves to death against his shield.  Equip a shield and one-hander, wear nothing but plate, stack Stamina over anything else.  What you miss from not having Consecration you more than make up for with your Blessing of Sanctuary, Holy Shield and Improved Retribution Aura.  Pop a Blessing of Protection or Righteous Hammer for self-heals.
