Description

In Wow vanilla there is a lot of options how you can play a rouge especially in pvp,becouse when it comes to pvp rogues accualy have a lot of choices to made when it comes to talents.You can play combat/sub with 2 swords you can play assa/sub with 2 daggers going for seal fate and the list goes on and on.So the big question is why i even want to choose this one ?
         Well,firstly this build accually gives you ability to pull of a big numbers and its not really that gear dependent.We are not picking up the sword spec or dagger spec so if your  best possible choice of your weapons is mix of those that wouldnt be a problem(but still would be great if you can have a least a fast enought off hand for your poison).Ofc, if you have 2 daggers or swords it wouldnt be a problem either.On the other hand we are not going for a Seal Fate,what it means is that you dont need to have that much of critical strike in your gear.Its always nice to have as much cs as you can in your gear but its much harder to pull of a decent percent in eariler phases.So its basicly really good to go spec if you just want to start playing pvp without specified gear.
          Now lets talk about choices we accualy made,why we made them and what it gives us.
First 2 rows in sublety: We go for a Master of Deception and Camouflage,that gives us better chance to be undetected which is accualy pretty important in vanilla (becouse there is a lot of ways to detect someone) and we start to move in stealth on a decent enought speed to do something.We always want to have this sweet opener and be able to pull of it in a proper time.We also go for Elusiveness for cooldown reducion on vanish and blind,as you probably know by now rogue without a cooldowns is much different story than one with everyting on cooldown,so we want to be able to do something about our oponent with least downtime that is possible.On the same time we are passing on Sleight of Hand and Opportunity.Well Sleight of Hand is just a garbage for pvp and when it comes to Opportunity science we are flex with the weapons that we are using we dont want to take somthing that boost our damage depending on the weapon we use.
3 row in sublety : Next we are taking Initiative over Ghostly Strike and Improved Abush but this is accualy no easy choice.We take Initiative becouse its giving us a more flex opener and boost it regardless how we want to start but other 2 choices are also decent and playable.If you have weapon that pass requirments for Ambush and you are mostly opening with Ambush over Cheap Shot you can easly take Improved Ambush over Inintiative (it will mostly happen with 2 daggers).If you accualy have a weapon with decent weapon damage and prefer to have Ghostly Strike you can spend 2 points in Initiative and take it (that one mostly happens with 2 swords).
4 row in sublety : We take Improved Sap and Serrated Blades over Setup.Setup is generally rather garbage talent becouse its a random proc that we cant play around in any decent way so we are easly passing on it.Improved Sap in the other hand is accualy go to talent,ability to Sap someone without breaking a Stealth is one of the most usefull things.Serrated Blades is basicly flat boost to our dmg,reduced armor on targets really helps and Rapture is accualy really usefull skill in pvp when number of debufs on targed doesnt matter that much and we can place dots as much as we want to.
5 row in sublety : Well there is a lot of things hapening in that row.We take Hemorrhage,Preparation,Drity Deeds and pass of Heightened Senses.About Heightened Senses its not like this talent is absolutly useless becouse accualy its really good in mirror of rogues or figthing against some druid the only problem is we dont have enought talents to take it but somethimes people consider it in a build.Probably you know by know that opener of the rouge is one of the most important things in pvp for that class.Thats why we really want to have Dirty Deeds to spend less energy on start and make this amazing burst.Also becose we want to have that opener as much as its possible we take Preparation to reset out Vanish and other cd's.Also its really great support skill for the toolbox we have in pvp.As its to Hemorrhage its basicly huge dmg boost and it will help us in longer fights giving us chance to pull it off.
6 and 7 row in sublety: Well i dont even need to tell you why we spend 5 points in Deadliness,10% of Attack Power in vanilla is just a lot for a rogue.We dont take Premeditation its not like this talent is usless accualy if you really think you want to play it you can try to swap one point in the tree but i highly reccomand to consider is it accualy worth.This talent seems to be really great when you look at it on paper when in reality oponent can play around it a lot of times if he knows about 10 seconds you got and how it works its only going to be worst.
         So next question is why we are accualy taking Assasination talents not Combat with our Subltly setup.
The thing is we accualy have really nice toolbox of skills and abilities with Subtelty skill tree so now we mostly want to boost our dmg to make this sweet numbers.Assasination skill tree type of boost accualy fits us better and dont have any aditional requirements like type of weapon for a gouge or so.Only sad thing is that with that build we need to sacrifice Improved Sprint but on the other hand its not that bad with Elusivness.
         When it comes to Assisnation tree itself,well as i told we mostly took flat dmg upgrades so its probably more interesting to talk about things that we are passing on than on things that we took.Remorsless Attacks is basicly skill that works only in pve,its just to hard a lot of times to make requirments for it to proc in pvp.Improved Slice and Dice is go to talent for pve becouse how long is the fight but in pvp we dont have time to use it with value.We also passed on Vile Poisons and Improved Kidney Shot but the truth is we dont have enought points to make that talents valuble.Also we didint took Improved Expose Armor well but the truth is that talent is accualy really great.A lot of people dont understand how much dmg boost we have from Expose Armor in pvp when we spend it on cloth or leather targets.So in my opinion if you are playing on Alliance side take Improved Poisions becouse you wont have Windfury on your main hand but if you play on Horde take Improved Expose Armor becouse it can help you in some sort of situations and little boos to poision apply doesnt metter that much.
          Well probably we should talk now about how to play pvp with this build but the thing is,its even hard to tell becouse there is no main pattern of it.As i told many times in that guide,rogue is a class with toolbox of skills to use and great flat dmg to pull it off.You just need to learn on your mistakes,understand when you should use your cd's when you should save them.Every encounter will be different but the thing is more time you will spend playing this spec the better you will be and more fun you will have.
