We are a PVE focused guild looking to find core raiders going into Phase 3 (BWL). We are a semi-hardcore guild meaning we expect you to know how to gear/stat and play your class appropriately (We are not looking for SPriests or Ret Pallies). If you are new to Classic we have Class Leads that are here to field your questions and better understand your role in raids. We are looking to challenge all phases of end-game content. We run WoWLogs for each raid to track DPS, debuffs, dispels, healing etc… If we see areas of improvement your class lead will direct you in what you need to correct. 

Our goal is to get through raid content with speed in mind. We understand people have responsibilities outside of raid and want you to have a life outside of the game. We are currently getting through MC and Ony is one 3 hour night with the goal of getting to 2.5. 

We use a Loot Reservation System. This is a tier system in which you are given access to a spreadsheet where you list the gear you want by priority. The higher the tier the piece of gear is placed the more likely you are to get it. If you have the drop at the highest tier you are given the gear. If two people have the same piece of gear on the same tier it is broken with Attendance and if there is a tie there we go a roll. Rarely do we see items go a roll. We see this as rewarding people who contribute most often to raid while not being so punishing if you miss a night because of life events. 

We also have a PVP leader and plan to run AV/WG on non raiding nights. We have people planning on getting Rank 11+ so we will have plenty of PVP to go around.

In PVE content we plan on raiding through NAXX and any Classic+ content to come.
